The IAM Sr. Directory Systems Administrator is a key member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, and is one member of the group responsible for technical operations, implementation, management, and support for Directory technologies deployed within the organization. This position functions as part of the IAM delivery team, responsible for operational fitness of the system(s) through support, monitoring and response, and system lifecycle management.
o Implement, operate, manage, and support multiple IAM solutions, with specific focus on Directory platforms
o Provide support for issues ranging from moderate to high complexity for a variety of IAM systems
o Ensure system availability, capacity, and performance for IAM technologies, including ownership for logging, monitoring, and alerting standards, processes, and systems
o Plan and manage system upgrade and patching projects, in collaboration with local and offshore teams, and platform subject matter experts (SMEs).
o Research and escalate open issues or recurring problems with applications/systems to determine root causes and resolutions
o Communicate with vendors as needed to understand and research open issues, new versions, or changes
o Identify, analyze, design, document, and implement technical or process improvements within current standards and architecture; partner with platform owners to advance improvement opportunities that may require more significant change
o Define and develop policies and procedures for system operations to ensure consistency, reduce rework, and improve quality
o Perform review of projects or support tickets from offshore partners to ensure standards are upheld and business needs are met
o Manage and improve technical documents for system operations and support
o Document SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge base articles as needed
Participate in projects across the team to deliver new technologies, process improvements, and business value.
Maintain current, relevant industry knowledge to understand evolutions and advancements in the marketplace which could bring value to the team or the company

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
GED/High School Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
12+ years of IT experience with a GED/High School Graduate
8+ years of IT experience with Associate Degree
4+ years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree
2+ years of IT experience with a Masters Degree
SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of IT Security or Identity & Access Management experience with good understanding of principles, policies, and best practices
4+ years of IT Security or Identity & Access Management experience with good understanding of principles, policies, and best practices
Experience with support, operations, & management for LDAP and Virtual Directory solutions such as, CA Directory, SunONE / Oracle Directory Server, & Radiant One Virtual Directory.
Experience with support, operations, and management for Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity with Windows and Unix environments and common commands.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and understand complex environments
Strong decision making skills and results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients, and vendors
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills, including communication with employees, clients, upper management, and vendor partners
